Here is a short extract of the day home operation:



DAYS and HOURS of OPERATION: 

Open: Monday - Friday

Full-time hours: 7:30am - 5:0pm

Part-time morning hours: 7:30am - 12:00pm

Part-time afternoon hours: 12:15pm - 5:00pm

FEES and PAYMENT:

Monthly flat rates for full-time and part-time positions guarantee your child’s place in the day home.   

​

Full-Time fees are inclusive of craft supplies, breakfast, 2 snacks, and lunch each day. 

​

Full-Time rate: $1200 per month

Part-time AM or PM rate: $765 per month

Drop-in rate: $125 per day

Payments are due on the 1st of each month via e-transfer or direct deposit. Drop-in payments received prior to or upon admittance.

​

SUMMER:

Part-Time AM or PM: $600 each summer month

Full-Time: $960 each summer month

"Early bird" paid by June 30: $1770 (6 weeks), non-refundable

OVERTIME:

I appreciate the punctual pickup, as I resume my family life from 5:00 pm onward. I understand unexpected circumstances arise and they will be addressed as follows:

​

5:00 -5:15pm $10 additional subsequent minutes $1 per minute. Late fees are deducted from the deposit.

​

REGISTRATION:

A refundable/non-refundable child care deposit of $200 is due at the time of registration ($300 max per family).

​

WITHDRAWAL:

I require two weeks (14 days) of verified written notice prior to the 30th of the current month. A deposit will be returned when written notice to terminate has been verified/received not less than two weeks (14 days) prior to the 30th of the current month.  

​

TAX RECEIPT:

Provided by the end of February.
